To maintain a Chain Position within COD, members must remain active contributors until their passing. Loss of Chain Position due to missed payments or cancellation of membership absolves COD of any liabilities.
All contributions are final and non-refundable. They may be allocated towards diverse projects, including business, community, member support, and charity, with the understanding that funds directed towards Mustard Deeds will be entirely given to charity under a 100% donation policy.
COD is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected will be used strictly for processing contributions, maintaining membership records, and communication regarding COD activities. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
