• Chain Position: A status held by members, maintained through continuous membership until death, believed to offer spiritual benefits posthumously.
• Mustard Deeds: A feature focusing on charitable donations (Sadaqah Jariyah) where 100% of the funds are directed to charity causes selected by COD administrators.
• Contributions: Monetary donations provided by members to support various projects or charitable causes through COD.

4. Membership

To maintain a Chain Position within COD, members must remain active contributors until their passing. Loss of Chain Position due to missed payments or cancellation of membership absolves COD of any liabilities.

5. Use of Contributions

All contributions are final and non-refundable. They may be allocated towards diverse projects, including business, community, member support, and charity, with the understanding that funds directed towards Mustard Deeds will be entirely given to charity under a 100% donation policy.

6. Data Protection

COD is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected will be used strictly for processing contributions, maintaining membership records, and communication regarding COD activities. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property
